BF2042 WEIRD FPS ISSUE AND LOW GPU / CPU USAGE

Hello, this is a call for help please help me 🙂

I have i9 12900H / rtx 4060 / 32go ram /  2 SSD / for a 1080p 144hz  screen.

and I can only run the game in average 70fps with the worst graphics possible, and 50fps with the highest graphics.  (with every others apps closed)

I tried EVERYTHING for 7 hours yesterday, including: adding more threads,  cores to the game,

-editing the code

-running the game on dx12,

-editing the code, 

-uninstalling the game,

-reset graphics,

-deleting EA file banner

-and much more...

What i noticed is the game only use like 40% GPU and 60-70% CPU , not much ram or vram either , and when i alt tab when the game is running my computer experience lagg and freezes 

its the only game that does this to my computer,  and everything including bios is up to date.

    A CPU bottleneck is most likely causing the issue.

    Try downloading CPU-Z and under the memory tab check if channels says Dual.

    Dual means the laptop has two sticks of memory in dual channel mode.

    thanks for helping, it seems to be in quad, should i try enabling xmp ?

    Interesting, apparently DDR5 memory has two 32-bit channels per memory stick. So it appears 4 x 32-bit means dual channel with DDR5.

    You can try enabling XMP for a performance boost. If programs start crashing then turn XMP back off.

    Enable 'Performance' power profile while gaming and set the CPU fan to the highest speed you can stand listening to. This will lower the CPU temperature and keep it's frequency higher.

    Bring up task manager (alt + ctrl + del) while gaming and monitor how much the CPU frequency is downclocking.

    My bios wont let me enable XMP, there is no such option,

    playing with performance mod will get me  10-15fps more  but i feel like playing in an airplane beacause of the ventilation

    cpu 75% gpu 55 %

    @Kanda965 What brand and type motherboard do ya got ?
    Also what version bios is flashed ?

    ignis adh motherboard , and bios is up to date i checked again.
