Black screen and backround music after finishing game of conquest

I have played two games of conquest tonight. At the end of the round the screen went black with backround music and nothing happened. I left it for 10min. Manually shut down my xbox one and restarted...

@Wiseman504 the same thing happens to me. when I had an older cpu the characters would never load and this would happen everytime. still occasionally happens on my newer cpu. But now I know what causes it.

@La_Varda1 I mostly play conquest 128, and I had the thought to try conquest 64. I was able to play 5 games without the black screen issue. So I am curious what game mode you play that encounter the black screen and if you and @samboleary can replicate similar results on a lower player count game mode.
