Black screen and backround music after finishing game of conquest

I have played two games of conquest tonight. At the end of the round the screen went black with backround music and nothing happened. I left it for 10min. Manually shut down my xbox one and restarted...

Same thing happening to me and two of my other buddies on PC. We all have the game bought on Steam.

    Hi,

    I had the problem from time to time before S6 but since S6 update i have blackscreen after every game also, it's very frustrating.

    I had reinstall the game entirely and EA APP to but same problem. I bought the game on steam.

    I think it's maybe a problem with interaction between Steam and EA App, i think there is less problem with origin...

    Or the new EA Anticheat ?

    It's necessary to fix it please.
