Black screen and backround music after finishing game of conquest

I have played two games of conquest tonight. At the end of the round the screen went black with backround music and nothing happened. I left it for 10min. Manually shut down my xbox one and restarted...

This bug is still present as of right now. I've literally tried everything. Disable steam/ea/shadowplay overlays, disable any background apps, disable xbox game bar, clear cache, repair ea app, repair anti cheat, verify game files, run with windows 8 compatibility mode, run as admin, complete uninstall then reinstall, switch from hdd to ssd. Nothing works. Now I get them after every match. EA needs to fix this major bug asap. Nobody's gonna play the game if you have to force close constantly.
