Bug with discord causing audio to briefly glitch out

Summarize your bug While using discord, occasionally all audio from the PC will cut out with a static noise, then after 5-10 seconds audio will be restored, but when speaking through discord, the audio will have a 2 second delay before it is picked up. I am also using a focusrite scarlet 4i4 3rd gen audio interface,
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) at least 6-8 times per match
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
- Setup the same hardware, start discord, enter a voice call.
- Launch the game through Xbox Game Pass
- Wait on the home screen or enter a match and the audio glitch will eventually occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? Audio static, then no audio from the computer at all for 5-10 seconds, then the audio will return but voice to discord will be delayed by 2 seconds.
What should be happening instead? There should be no audio glitches
