I'm also having this issue and i really want to play Lis. She seems so good if her rockets were not broken. Fire the rocket the first time works perfect, after it hit's something almost always is broken after to where when firing her rocket it just shows her foot instead of the guided rocket view. Only thing I've found that helps is pressing E to exit the rocket view just before it hits. That works kind of but u have to be quick on the E and then sometimes not quick enough and if you mess up at all once it's broken you have to exit the game and launch it again.
