Exactly the same camera bug for both LIS missiles and vehicles. If I play solo with bots, every time after respawning in a flying and ground vehicle, I cannot drive the vehicle because the camera is in underground...

This glitch unable to play solo mode with bots.
I can bug the camera for both the vehicles and Lis TV missiles. I found that if you spam C while waiting for a heli to spawn you or i can sometimes cause all the cameras to go all messed up. Doesn't matter what you try do it's then bugged 100%. One time this happened even a restart didn't work and i had to wait for a patch to fix it. I found that switching from 3rd person to 1st person while you're just got spawned in the heli before the camera settles 100%. Switching at that point can cause the camera view to go like it's underground or something.
