Can’t find friends on EA for cross play on BF 2042

@holycrapimbaked i am using game pass on pc. can not even find my other gamer tag on xbox series x in the same room

I was able to Cross Play one time with them PC to XBox.  Then it stopped showing me in their social and vice versa.  I am using PC Game Pass as well.  I have tried everything.  My NAT Settings via XBox Comp app says open. theirs on XBox is open.  I can find them in the social search and send a friend request but the invite is not visible in BF2042 Social tab for them.
