Cannot add any EA friends ps5 to Xbox' X/S ????
Trying to add friends and family on battlefield 2042 and says no players matched the search criteria ??
Any help on how to fix this and its saying the same on PS5 and also the Xbox S/X..

Can someone please help been 2 days and still cant add any friends on battlefield through EA friends???
Chat support was not very helpful and of cause sign posts you to the forum.
Im having the same issue, im on series x and trying to play with a playstation 5 player. We both have added each other on ea games but for some reason battlefield won’t let us add each other. To be fair, we are both relatively new to the game. However we are both not able to see each other show up on either platform.
- @pattyreineke15 Make sure you're both using the same version of the game. If, for example, you're playing the Series S/X version and your friend is using the PS4 version, you won't see each other in-game.
