I have connection to internet, I have restored license, used different DNS, restart router/modem, deleted and re downloaded, used different playstation 4, I tried these steps with nothing working. I feel your assumption is wrong and it was on your end.

Yes I do have a screen shot. From yesterday. But I checked today and it says they are up. Bit here is the picture from yesterday.

Well today it says the server is up in Alaska. But I still cannot connect to ea servers. But I have a strong internet connection.

@daylynmiller, ah alright, so even if the servers are up, you are unable to connect? That is strange indeed!Were you able to normally connect before without any issues?

What do you mean exactly where it says on EA Help that the Alaskan servers are down?

Yes I do have a screen shot. From yesterday. But I checked today and it says they are up. Bit here is the picture from yesterday.

@EA_Leeuw yes I have been playing 2042 since release. Also I can play battlefield V with no probkem

@daylynmiller It has happened so many times to me as well, and every time I restarted my PS4, eventually I could connect to the server.

@daylynmiller, alright thanks. I have seen some other players mentioning this in the past as well, which is strange indeed.

Just a question, can you test if you can set up a mobile hotspot, connect your console to that hotspot and if you're able to connect to the servers that way?

@EA_Leeuw at the moment I do not have a mobile hot spot. I am in the process of adding that to my cell plan.

@daylynmiller, alright. Hmm, do you maybe have friend or family member who can test this for you in that case for the time being? The reason I ask is because I am thinking that something within your local network changed and is now blocking the connection for Battlefield 2042, because other Battlefield games work just fine.

Another player had something similar, and it turned out to be their Uni network changes that block the BF2042 connections, while other Battlefield games worked just fine.

Aussie servers are down, as cannot connect, was fine up til a couple of hours ago...
