Cannot connect to online services, can't launch into game PC
I am on PC. I cannot even launch the game, I get this error. - 1:3300J:2102J:1004G Can someone tell me what this is.I havent even been able to play the game I just bought, what a joke.

Community Manager@PBMS123, while you mention that you were able to play the game while it was downloading; this is possible as the mode that you can play while the game is still downloading in the background, is the offline tutorial mode. This doesn't require connection to the servers.
Got the same issue. I have reset everything, checked router settings, used both wired and WiFi, reinstalled it and done all the network tests on XboX series X.
I can get online by tethering to my mobile phone.
I have tried BF 4 and 5, and they work fine with my internet. I have spoken to my provider and nothing wrong. The only thing I've noticed is that it's on ipv 4 and not 6. XboX says it will do ipv6 through ipv 4 and my router has ipv6 enabled.
I am in the UK with fibre.
Really need to sort this out because I can't play £100,- worth of game!

forget it , its tunneling true ipv6, sorry !
I haven't disabled IPv6. Xbox series X apparently tunnels it through IPv 4.

There were some server issues yesterday that affected many, if not all, games. Could you maybe check the game again to see if you're able to connect or not?
