Cannot skip Calibration settings and Conquest Intro when starting the game

@HoldItPartnersame issue here. you can alt + f4 when the conquest intro starts and relaunch the game so you land in the main menu.
@EA_Atic: standard windows 10 installation, nothing special, just windows defender activated. it works here sometimes but reset sometimes randomly all settings. one day I relaunched the game after 2-3hrs and had to set up everything again. Most times it's like daily, can't any cause for this.
One drive is here deactivated and I can see the settings folder in documents including the profil save.
