Recurring notification/ping sound

While in a match playing or changing my loadout, I hear a recurring bell notification/ping sound several times per minute (sometimes every 10 seconds). It doesn’t seem to be a player pinging a location or an opponent it’s just a random sound that pops up in game. It’s almost making the game unplayable, has anyone else experienced this? If so what can I do to fix the problem?
