The staff is from EA that help out, we report on the issue we are seeing that players are having and share player feedback to the relevant teams.

@EA_Atic I can't get my friend to play together He is on pc im on PS5 and we are friends on the EA app but he can't see in EA friends and I can't see him in the game and we don't have a child account and are privacy is open

Hi @Elite_assassin9j Which version of the game are you running and do you have crossplay enabled?

  yes i have it enabled and im running on ps4 version

    @Elite_assassin9j That'll be the problem then - you need to run the PS5 version to crossplay with PC. The PS4 version is just PlayStation and Xbox.
