Can't change Fullscreen mode options

Title says it all, I can select any option but it will always be bordered/windowed and never fullscreen. Image attached displays this and the blank options underneath that I can't change (i.e., they remain blank clicking either arrow on the left or right).

Alt + Enter doesn't work either.

PC:

Windows 10

Gfx: EVGA 3080

Monitor: AW3420DW

    @NightHawkRider yea I know there is a thread about the dual gpu issue. I wonder if that is causing your issue. Have you tried taking your 1080Ti out to see if that is causing the settings problem?

    @NightHawkRider try selecting "Monitor 1" in the "Fullscreen Device" setting. I'm pretty sure you need to set your monitor first before it will allow you to change the Fullscreen Mode setting. I recommend setting it to Borderless.

    @NightHawkRider are you able to select Borderless in the first setting? If you're able to set it to Borderless, can you change any of the settings below it?

    You could always try setting it in the PROFSAVE_profile. This is found in the BF2042 folder that is in the My Documents folder. Open it with either Wordpad or Notepad and look for the setting "GstRender.FullscreenMode" and change it to "2" which is for borderless, save and go back into the game and see if your able to adjust any of the other settings.

    @NightHawkRider sorry for the late response. Here are my settings. Try changing those in your PROFSAVE_profile. The refresh rate setting may be slightly differently for you depending on what your monitor is.

    GstRender.FullscreenEnabled 0
    GstRender.FullscreenMode 2
    GstRender.FullscreenRefreshRate 143.998001
    GstRender.FullscreenScreen 0

    @xxxC🤭lBr33zExxx Tried that, didn't change anything. 

    Edit: Although I just realized BF2042 wants to run off of my 1080ti and not my 3080. My 3080 is actually in the pcie x16 slot vs my ti connected in the pcie x1 slot. Why does BF2042 only want to run on my 1080ti?
