Can't change voice chat settings
I can't change my voice chat settings, specifically input and output device it is stuck at Default and I can't change and use voice chat in the game.

I heard the voice chat coming out of the wrong hardware output so I went in to change the outputs in game and they're stuck on default, can't scroll though the inputs and outputs for voice chat. Went into Windows Sound Control Panel and found Default Communication Device was set to the wrong output, so I change the default device. Next time I load the game I can scroll through the inputs and outputs. Kinda weird.
There is no solution other than to reload the game. A restart usual fixes the inability to change audio from default to a specific setting.
