Can't change voice chat settings

I can't change my voice chat settings, specifically input and output device it is stuck at Default and I can't change and use voice chat in the game.

Hi @ImmutabIe,

What kind of audio set up do you have? When you try to change is there no options or is it greyed out?

@EA_Atic It doesn't work. Sometimes I can't change at all, sometimes I can but it doesn't work, I can't talk to my squad. My headset is recognized.
