Cant connect to EA online after reinstall

i have uninstalled 3 times . also the EA app . i have tried :
DNS flush
winsock reset
reset router settings to default
i have allowed battlefield 2042 on all of my antivirus
I have cleared all caches
I do not have any issues with any other game connecting to online . so its definitely an issue with ea servers.
i thought maybe it wont connect me because there is a large amount of people trying to connect at once but that is not the case
all online tutorials for the fix are garbage and don't change a single thing. please can someone help with this .
i have tried launching through the steam app . i have tried launching through the EA app . no difference at all.......
