Can't equip weapon attachments

I can't equip any unlocked attachments on any weapon because plus system isn't working. When I add an attachment to it, it immediately disappears. This is happening both in-game and in the main menu. The exception is optics. Those seem to be functioning normally.

I'm playing on PS4, multiplayer, in the US

    Hi @Lex5248, usually this type of situation can be fixed by clearing the cache of your PlayStation 4.

    Please, try this: 

    - Turn off your console (completely off, no rest mode)

    - Now, unplug the cord from the wall, disconnect the console's power cord from the console (it's on the back of the PlayStation)

    - Wait at least 60 seconds, then plug the cord back into the console

    Now, launch the game and let us know if it worked!

    @EA_Rigel I tried this fix on Xbox series X, but to no avail. This isn’t happening for all attachments for me though. I just am not able to equip the 6ku suppressor or extended barrel attachments for my SWS 10 despite having the mastery challenge one completed. This has been happening since the first day of early access for me. I have tried multiple times to fill out a bug report, but am not able to submit it? Don’t know what I’m doing wrong or if the bug reports section is bugged too…

    @EA_Rigel Yes, I’m still experiencing this issue. I’ve tried clearing my Xbox Series X cache, restarting the game, reinstalling, getting the necessary requisites in both multiplayer and solo/coop. I really don’t have any idea what to try at this point. Sorry for the late response. This issue was enough to make me quit playing. I even tried to contact EA Help on Twitter and they couldn’t help me so I stopped playing the game for awhile. I came back to check out the new maps and hoped my SWS-10 attachments would finally be equippable as a result of a patch, but my extended barrel, 6ku suppressor, and LWG Grip still remain greyed out and not equippable despite meeting the requirements.
