Can't join games, either solo or party

Question

i have YET to found any legit solutions to this 'bug', here is a sample video from other players who experienced the same thing (since 2021!)

I'm using PC, wired connections, firewall off, google DNS and everything

please don't ask me to reinstall the game unless it will work 100%
