cant play battlefield 2042 - ERROR - player removed from game - player disconne

Hi, i have PS4 (playstation 4) and i have recently bought battlefield 2042.
I cant connect into battlefield 2042 servers and play the game.
every time i try to connect the game i receive this error:
ERROR
player removed from game
player disconnected timed out.

i have tried contact my internet supplier to check if there are any blocks in the internet. but there are no blocks, my internet is clear open.
i also play fortnite and other games with no problem connect to there servers.

i have tried remove battlefield 2042 and delete it, and download it again and reinstall again but same error happening.

i have tried in my ps4 settings >> account settings >> restore license - and it did not helped. same error again.

i have tried to connect the game in many times in different ours and same error...

EA Support asked me to post this problem here so you can help me.

    I posted the same issue a few days ago and nothing, contacted ea support and they did nothing for me. this game is a mess.

    An unstable network may cause a loss of connection. Also If Battlefield 2042 keeps crashing after updating other items, you should check if there are a couple of unnecessary programs running on the PC. With multiple programs running simultaneously, system resources will run out quickly. Lower chances but it could just be that you need to check game graphics settings, for example, lower the game settings in the video configuration screen. Just because your game is running smoothly doesn't necessarily mean it's actually fine with those settings.

    its not unstable network... all other online games working great. only this game not connecting at all.

    there are no unnecessary programs running. its not PC its PS4.
