Can't start game

I'm level 18 and can't start a match. 

-EA issue for my account. Doesn't allow me to start a match by myself or with party. Super frustrating and pisses me off. It works randomly after que but still not working. Friends have np problem starting but if I jump in their lobby it doesn't work. EA please take a look what a joke
