Summarize your bug Hello, I tried to purchase the 5,000 coin pack in Battlefield 2042 and received an error that the purchase had been canceled. I tried two more times thinking maybe something bugged and received the same error each time. I decided I'd check into it later and played a couple games. After returning to the menu I noticed I had 15,000 coins and the all 3 charges went through (Order # 1009360825832). I spoke to the live chat to explain the situation and get a refund for the 2 unintentional purchases and was, essentially, told there was nothing they could do. I have seen multiple posts on this forum of the exact same issue dating as far back as April (possibly sooner, I didn't exactly dig) which means this bug has been known for over 4 months and still exists. I feel like refunding based on a known bug is a pretty reasonable request. Thanks in advance for any help.

What happens when the bug occurs? The bug clearly states that the purchase was canceled, however the purchase was not canceled it went through just fine.
What should be happening instead? The purchase works or it doesn't. The game shouldn't say the purchase failed then charge you anyways.
