Child Accounts Missing
I have 2 child accounts that are successfully linked with their Xbox Live accounts, however there are a few issues:
1 - the child accounts do not show up under my family tab
2 - There are 2 accounts under my family tab with a long random string of numbers and letters that I do not know who they are
3 - I cannot login to either child's account. I can successfully reset the password (get the link emailed, fill out the form, and receive the successfully changed password message) but then when I try to log in it says the credentials are incorrect or expired.
I've been through 4 different live chats trying to solve this issue. I even tried having them unlink the Xbox and EA accounts, then re-create new EA accounts with different information but their Xbox Live accounts just re-pair with the original EA account ID's.
Please help!

EA Underage accounts, you can only log in with the EA App, or Origin programs. You cant log into any webbsites with them and cant do any changes with them as they are counted as underage.
