Class Mastery Badges are no longer progressing since Season 5

Since the launch of Season 5 my class mastery for engineer and support are no longer progressing. They are both stuck at the top of T2.

I’ve tried repairing files, reinstalling the game, different platforms (Xbox and PC), going through a portal game etc.

anyone else having this issue? Everything other mastery badge is progressing except these two. Frustrating as I had almost completed the engineer mastery.

How is this the solution, is this a joke?
I am experiencing the same issue with Recon and Support class badges.
Where's the solution from the teams?

over a year , many updates since
But still same issue...no track on some badges
