Comma rose menu does not close

Summarize your bug After long-holding the comma rose to select a callout, the menu is stuck on screen, unable to exit. Letting go of Q, pressing ESC, shooting, etc. do not get rid of the pop-up. The only solution I've found is pressing F (next page) multiple times.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Long-press Q (default comma rose) on PC.
What happens when the bug occurs? The call-out is performed successfully the first time you click on your intended message, and isn't sent again; the menu just persists.
What should be happening instead? The menu should close after selecting your callout.
