This sounds frustrating indeed.
However, having a lightning fast internet speed and a decent router unfortunately doesn't have to mean in most cases that the quality or stability of the internet connection is also on the same level. Therefore I would like to ask you to run a test and post a screenshots of the results, to see what the issue could be and if we maybe have some connectivity troubleshooting steps for you.
Can you please go to this website http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest and run a test via your PC or Laptop that is connected to the same network as your Xbox? I recommend choosing either cable or Fiber (what is applicable to your connection) and to do this via cable.

Here is the result from your link. There was no option for 5g so I had to choose 4g.

Hmm, that website looks a bit different and taken from a mobile device instead of a PC. Can you please rerun the test on a PC that is connected to the same internet where you're playing BF2042 on?@EA_Leeuw Hi there, encountering this error myself and tried running the DSL test you linked but have not been able to get it to run successfully despite several troubleshoots. There seems to be an issue with it according to other users. I ran a different test to see if I could still provide any helpful information, not sure if it helps at all.
