How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game with all ports open, no firewall, game running with administrator permissions, on a gigabit fiberoptic line from Verizon.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't connect to EA servers, can't reach main menu, forced to use ALT+F4 or task manager to close the game.
What should be happening instead? The game should connect to EA servers and I should be able to reach the main menu and play.
Please help, I tried getting help through the technical issues section but I'm at my wits end and I can't fathom any other fixes or tweaks that can be done from my end. I assume by using this section the issue will actually be reviewed by a dev and hopefully a fix will come, instead of yet another EA help representative telling me to go through the steps on the stupid connectivity guides.
