Summarize your bug The game experiences a CTD with no error after about 5 minutes, regardless of whether you are in a game or not.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game with GeForce Experience In-Game Overlay enabled, and apply a filter. The game will eventually crash, and then crash after about 5 minutes every subsequent time you launch the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Crash to desktop, no error message
What should be happening instead? The game should not be crashing or NVIDIA Filter support should be removed to prevent people from getting into a crash-loop that they do not know how to fix.
The game experiences a CTD with no error after about 5 minutes, regardless of whether you are in a game or not. This seems to only occur if you have NVIDIA Filters enabled via GeForce Experience. It may be related to Easy Anti Cheat, but I am not sure. For now I would recommend simply disabling GeForce Overlay when playing Battlefield 2042.
