Controller issue on pc, character randomly snaps to looking down

Mine snaps up. Really can't play like this. I test the controller and verified not drifting or other settings. I don't have these issues in halo, warzone or Minecraft.
Randomly while moving or aiming view snaps to strait up.
Does it on foot and in tanks but not in heli or fix wing.
My controller and system are fully updated.

  @CyberAxe-LZNJ I played again and now my character snaps up instead of down. I’m very confused, never had a problem like this in a fps before

  I have the same problem will snap straight up very annoying and unplayable because it happens so much. My system is brand new, I tried disconnecting my keyboard and mouse still did it tried disconnecting controller and play with just keyboard and mouse still did it.

I dont have anything else connected just mouse and keyboard and its still looking down.

  Same here. Mine is a bit different from what this post says. My friend is having the same problem as the OP, but I am spawning into a game just fine. As soon as my map zooms in on my player it just starts constantly looking down. I can move around and shoot, but only at the ground.

  using controller on pc you have to turn off Mouse Raw Input in the settings. Go to - Options/ mouse & keyboard then at the very bottom turn off Mouse raw input. It will fix the issue for 1 match. At the beginning of every match you have to turn it off. It resets its self after each match. Really hope they fix this. I'm guessing thousands of people stopped playing because this issue makes it unplayable. Please fix

@EA_Barry this isn’t a solution to the problem. it’s a bug in game that needs to be fixed. I have no problems in literally any other game but Battlefield, please fix for controller on PC.

@EA_Barry Yea I’m playing with a custom controller on PC and I’m experiencing the exact same issue. No issue in any other game. Originally it was snapping down. I restarted my system and now it’s snapping up. Completely unplayable, happens every 15 secs or so - moving, not moving, aiming, firing makes no difference.

  I can't even use a controller on my pc as it's not detected. I'm using an xbox elite series 2 controller and have had no issues with any other game only bf2042. Damn, even the cod Vanguard beta I had zero issues. @EA_Barry I have seen multiple posts regarding xbox and pc where the controllers are not working correctly, is this likely to be fixed before the beta ends?

@EA_Barry Yea I tested this a bit further with different controllers seeing if made a difference. PS4 battle beaver, Base PS4 controller with back button attachment and Base PS4 controller without attachment all reproduce the same issue.

  @EA_Barry I'm also having the same issue, will be running or ADSing and my aim just snaps to the ground in a random direction. would love to play the game but this makes it rather unenjoyable

@EA_Barry Is there any update regarding the issue. I’ve tried multiple controllers as mentioned above, including a ps5 controller. I even loaded the game after uninstalling the drivers of my mouse to see if perhaps a secondary peripheral was causing the issue, and issue still persists. I don’t have any of the peripherals you mentioned in your response. I understand it is a beta and bugs are expected, but this seems like a rather big oversight. The game is basically unplayable and everyone here payed to have early access.

I'm have the same problem and I'm using a ps5 controller. I'm look up every 20 second and in almost every gunfight and I'm playing on pc. I switch to my ps4 controller cause i thought it was something wrong with my new ps5 controller but it was also happening to the ps4 controller too. it a bug in the game when is it going to be fix cause the beta pretty fun but it not fun when i cant aim and shoot or fly or drive or really anything

@EA_Barry I'm using a controller for pc. Only have a mouse and keyboard plugged in also. This shouldn't affect the controller. plz fix

Sorry but disconnecting your input method isn't a solution.
From someone with the same problem who wants to use their HOTAS
