    Fixed the issue on my end by right clicking on the game in the Steam library, going to Properties, the Controller tab, and selecting "Disable Steam Input" on the drop down settings.  Hope it works for you guys too, good luck!

The same thing happens to me about every minute of gameplay. Either snaps up in the blink of an eye or snaps down. I have tried adjusting controller deadzones, turning off raw mouse input (even though I'm using Xbox wireless controller) I have tried updating every driver on my computer, checked for steam updates, removed controller from Bluetooth known devices and repaired with PC, I've tried it both wirelessly and wired. I've tried different controllers. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game. NOTHING FIXES THIS! the game is UNPLAYABLE with this bug. I am convinced after my extensive troubleshooting that this is a bug with this game and it is out of my control or ability to fix. EA please fix this or refund our money. This game is broken.
