Fixed the issue on my end by right clicking on the game in the Steam library, going to Properties, the Controller tab, and selecting "Disable Steam Input" on the drop down settings. Hope it works for you guys too, good luck!

I dont have anything else connected just mouse and keyboard and its still looking down.

using controller on pc you have to turn off Mouse Raw Input in the settings. Go to - Options/ mouse & keyboard then at the very bottom turn off Mouse raw input. It will fix the issue for 1 match. At the beginning of every match you have to turn it off. It resets its self after each match. Really hope they fix this. I'm guessing thousands of people stopped playing because this issue makes it unplayable. Please fix
