Controller Issus on PC. Randomly looking up.

Same issues I've attempted to continuously turn off and tweak settings in the menus with no solution to be found. I have  swapped between four different Xbox controllers ( Elite one, Elite series two , Wolverine tournament and a original Xbox one controller) and have experienced the same issues with all. I'm aware this was in the beta and hopefully someone is aware of this issue and  pray it will see a solution in a upcoming patch
