Controller Issus on PC. Randomly looking up.

Same.

I'm using steam controller and have found if I switch to mouse-like joystick on the right touch pad instead of mouse it fixes it, but there's no getting the mouse-like joystick to feel right.

I think every battlefield since steam controller came out has had issues with PC controllers.
