How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I re-installed windows recently and made save backup of both PROFSAVE.file and PROFSAVE_profile.file. When I tried to import in backups on my newly installed windows, game runs me through first time setup process.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game runs through first time setup process, it ignores save files.
What should be happening instead? Game should launch correctly with old save files.

I made some bugtesting and bugfixing in safe files myself and found out that 4 settings specifically made it to ignore save files.

- GstRender.ColorBlindMode

- GstRender.CyclicCrashPrevention

- GstRender.FullscreenRefreshRate

- GstRender.FullscreenScreen

Whenever those 4 are kept to it's default value other settings seems to be importing completely fine. 

I am unable to test this on more devices and therefore can not guarantee that this error may occur to the other players, but it would be great somebody could have a look as well.
