Corrupt save file(s)

Can someone help? everytime I open Battlefield 2042 the game keep showing "WARNING: Your save file(s) are corrupt and could not be read by the game. continoung will overwrite the corrupt save files."...

    The only time this happened to me was OneDrive that caused it, I paused OneDrive went to OneDrive saves on-line and deleted the BF2042 folder there and restarted the game and it was fine.

    I don't know what your issue is have you tried to verify game files in your BF2042 game directory?

What I found online.

Here are some ways to fix corrupt save files in Battlefield 2042:
Rename Battlefield’s PROFSAVE_tmp file to just PROFSAVE.
Run the game as administrator.
Remove the temporary game files.
Allow game files through antivirus.
Close OneDrive.

Sorry I don't have a better answer.

If that doesn't work then try deleting the Battlefield 2042 folder in Documents. All your saved game data and settings will be reset.

      Is the game installed on Steam? Maybe Steam stores the save files in a different location.
