crash

I recently bought Lenovo LOQ with RTX 4060 and AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS. When trying to get into the game, once it loads into the map my laptop crashes suddenly. Sometimes this doesn't happen and I can play perfectly but instead i get game crashes in the middle of the game

    Hey there,

    Do you get any error messages when the game crashes? If you could please share the following information that would be very helpful:
    - screenshot of the error message if any
    - list of troubleshooting steps already performed
    - Provide a DxDiag: How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag

    Thanks,

    I couldn't get the crash code when my laptop crashed because it restarted really quickly but when the game crashed, it did not give any error messages.

    I tried;

    -Verifying game files,

    -Updating all drivers

    -Lowering all graphics

    -Deleting cache folder in BattlefieldGameData.kin-release.Win32

    -Using performance mode option in Lenovo Vantage

    @sperali did ya try this:

    Firstly, please ensure that your NVIDIA drivers are up to date. You can do this by visiting the NVIDIA website or using the NVIDIA GeForce Experience application.

    Secondly, you can try to force the use of the NVIDIA GPU for your games or applications. Here's how you can do it:

    Right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
    Go to Manage 3D settings.
    In the Program Settings tab, select the game or application you want to customize.
    Select the preferred graphics processor for this program," and choose "High-performance NVIDIA processor."

    Finally, some games also have in-game settings that allow you to select the graphics processor. Please check if this option is available in your games.

    Keep us uptodate, Cheers

    @sperali Is our laptop restarting when the game crashes? If yes, have you checked to see if the laptop is overheating by any chance?

    No, game crashes does not affect my laptop, It happens in the middle of the game. However, while loading a map, my laptop can sometimes crash and restart. These did not happen for the last 4 days but now i get sudden freezes and my controls get locked for 5-10 seconds. (Like, if I was holding down D and Mouse button 1, even if i stop pressing them it would still press those buttons for 5-10 seconds after the freezes)

    @sperali Have you tried monitoring the temperatures to see if it's overheating before the laptop restarts? Stutters can also happen because of overheating.
