Cross play option grayed out and off in settings on battlefield 2042
I was playing battlefield 2042 and I tried to join a game and it says waiting for players then I went to my settings and crossplay is off and grayed out please help
Did you open your settings while it was searching for a server in the BF2042 main menu?
Cause as soon as you click "play" to start searching for a match, it'll be automatically grayed out as you started the search with the current Cross-play setting (ON or OFF) and it can't be changed while mid-search.
So make sure that the match search is canceled at the moment you check the setting. Maybe that was your case.
Otherwise it might be the overall Xbox setting you have as @EA_Leeuw mentioned above.
