@0lsn just have them exclude the folder from syncing with OneDrive or turn off OneDrive if they aren't using it at all.

I told them that as the very first step, because it is the only viable temporary solution. But it still doesn't solve the problem.
- Cache data should never be stored in the Documents folder, as the Appdata folder exists for that very purpose - to store "semi"-temporary files that the end user should not interact with directly.
- Also, Onedrive is a default app on most Windows devices, and most people just take the default settings (especially if they have an O365 subscription). With the current implementation, you're forcing people into an unnecessary hassle.
