DirectX Error (an invalid parameter was passed to the returning function)

After the Update the Direct X Device Hung error is now replaced to a new error (see Attachment).

I am on WIn 11, latest build and latest AMD driver. Did not test a undervolt with the new issue.

Reinstalled the game and deleted the profile folder, but didn't help
