I literally reinstalled Windows onto a spare SSD. The error still happens. It's something with the game as other games work just fine.
Edit Clean installtion of windows 11 works!
So Windows 10 clean installation fails. Windows 11 works. I guess EA is in bed with Microsoft.
Clean windows 11 install did nothin for me. Im at a loss atm, i dont know what to do. I have tried every possible thing I can think of, and nothin works. I included my dxdiag, as you can see its def not my computer. 3060ti, 11700 11th gen, 32gb of ram, game and windows both on an ssd.
To parts to the solution:
1) Find location of the installed EA games folder - in my case it was C:\program files\EA Ges\[Game name]\
Search under that folder for dbghelp.dll. Delete the file, or create a backup folder and move there, or rename it.
Then launch EA games .. and it worked fine.
2) Some time later i got the error - even after having deleted the file.
I found unplugging my second monitor made it start working. EA game cannot handle two monitors, sometimes.
