Edit Clean installtion of windows 11 works! 

So Windows 10 clean installation fails. Windows 11 works. I guess EA is in bed with Microsoft.

@TherapistofCats I also try, old, new, Windows 10, and Windows 11, not works... ☹️ EA is trash now.
