--SOLUTION FOR ME--

I installed the latest STUDIO Driver 472.47 for Nvidia 2080TI (Not the Game Ready ones)and it works so far (2hours of playing)

    @8ysix yup worked for me aswell.... not sure why cause it doesnt make sense but ayy it worked!

      @levlups  perhaps nvidia shadow play or something like this causes the error
