@vR4w I managed to solve my Issue. I turned off Origin In-Game Overlay (Origin \ Menu \ Origin \ Application Settings \ Origin In-Game) and NVIDIA In-Game Overlay (GeForce Experience \ Settings \ General \ In-Game Overlay).
I also noticed that the game starts on my secondary GPU by default, which was weird. I disabled secondary GPU in Windows Device Manager (Device Manager \ Display Adapters \ Right Click - Disable)
