try to uninstall the gpu driver without any internet connection.
if ya delete device (use device manager) , be sure you delete also the drivers files (check the box for it)
if ya restart pc, without internet connection , it should install a microsoft gpu driver.
if jnot , repat same steps (do not connect internet to your pc)
when a microsoft drive is installed by windows, , then you should reconnect the internet and install latest dch driver.
ps if driver wont uninstall at all, use the program DDU (graphics driver uninstall software)
