When is the official date? How to solve the problem?

I have submitted the relevant case, but you did not follow up, which makes me very dissatisfied, and completely ignores the consumer's point of view

@cwbee623 There will be no fixes in the near future (I think). 10-15 minutes after the release, i report this problem in the official discord. At the time, I was almost the only one to indicate this. I asked if there will be a hotfix? I got the answer that on the first patch day, November 19th. Since then, this information has not been refuted by any EA team member.

    I'm about to crash, no refund QAQ, the new game (2042) BUG has not improved, but more than Battlefield V, too bad

      @cwbee623 But this is not only crash, the main game no start. After the game client open, 1-2 sec we receive this DirectX Issue...
