DirectX function "createComputePiplineState" failed with E_INVALIDARG. (SS inc.)

Question

DirectX function "createComputePiplineState" failed with E_INVALIDARG. (screenshot below)

6 - 7 hours wasted trying everything i could possibly do im on pc 1080ti, i7-7800k, 32g of ram, brand new M.2 SSD.

Things i have tried

Reinstalling the game

Reinstalling graphics drivers 3x

Reinstalling c++

Reinstalling net framework

Reinstalling Windows + reupdated it

Changing my GUID

Contacting EA support

and a multitude of other things that did not result in anything

No other games have any issues

Any help would be much appreciated !

What happens if you use 1 monitor instead of 2?

Bummer.

While I'm no DXDIAG expert, the line starting "DxDiag Previously" does not appear normal. You may want to look into that.
