did ya try to underclock your GPU or Memory , with about 150% Mhz. I have heard undervolt just a l;ittle could help also.
Also other hardware (bad memroy sticks) could cause issues !

Things that have helped me considerably:
Kill Corsair iCUE (if you have it) 

Try disabling DLSS

@Rokebo73no unfortunately not, I tried disabling DLSS, and it worked smooth for maybe 30 min until I got again that error message...
