EA Anti Cheat update error - DownloadManifest failed error 12002:209

Hi there, 

Do you have any Antivirus installed? If yes, can you please try temporarily disabling it while trying to reinstall the AntiCheat?

believe i tried the standalone installer also and also tries the one in the game to repair and so on  but i have more issue with ea anticheat tbh   also get asus  com service not responding when i boot up the game  think it block communication with asus  armoury crate service also i made a post about that issue also  but dont want to hijack this post  tbh  but i tried both and im also busy on tests with armoury crate and  hardware and it was working on older version of ea anticheat and started bugging again asking for a update  then i did the stand alone installer and worked but all  other issues  came back  from armoury crate and asus service com 

finally update fixed  game boots  but still getting the asus com service error from asus armoury crate and it has 100% something to do with ea anticheat think it blocks communication with asus  because the moment i boot up the game the erroring starts    anyways thnx for the link to the standalone  installer that fixed it !!! now  lets hope you guys can fix the other error also i posted about it on the forum also   ! 

Turning off IPV6 worked for me. Search for network connections in windows search. Right click whichever connection type you're using (Ethernet or Wifi) and select properties. Make sure "internet protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6) is unchecked and then hit ok. Then run the update tool again. It worked instantly for me. You can then either turn IPv6 back on after the update if you'd like or don't. I've noticed that there's a few games you have to do this for these days. This was also the fix that I had to use for Helldivers 2 in order to play with my friends. Hope this works for you.
