DirectX Possible Fix - Underclocking

I have seen many people with the dreaded dx crashes.  I play with people that have this issue.  I had this issue in BF3, BF4 and BF1 over 2 different Nvidia cards.  Until I made a change that stopped...

Unfortunately, GPU manufacturers sell their product based on the 'numbers on the box', RAM amount, core count, RAM speed etc.

This leads to a race where factory overclocking can be overdone leading to instability in some situations or games.

Downclocking to stock clock speeds can dramatically improve in-game stability.
